The Oregon Chapter of ASLA Oregon Design Awards program celebrates professional and student excellence by recognizing the firms, individuals, and agencies responsible for outstanding works of landscape architecture and environmental planning that promote an enhanced quality of life in Oregon and beyond. The Executive Committee is excited to announce the opening for the Call for Entries period, which runs between August 28 – September 25, 2017.
Please check back on the website on August 28 for the downloadable .PDF with complete directions and full descriptions of submission categories. A submission payment page and Dropbox link will also be available at that time.
In early October, a jury with diverse landscape architecture and related expertise will convene in Portland to evaluate submissions. The 2017 jury features the following individuals:

Design Awards Soirée
The Design Awards Soirée’s Event Sponsor is Columbia Cascade/Timberform, a leading local designer and manufacturer of playground equipment, site furnishings, bicycle parking solutions, and fitness equipment. The Event Sponsorship is critical to making the annual celebration and social event possible for our members.
Award winners selected by the jury will be announced at the Design Awards Soirée event on Friday, November 3. The evening’s event program also includes the People’s Choice Award, recognition of our Chapter’s newly admitted Fellow of ASLA, recognition of newly registered landscape architects approved by the Oregon State Landscape Architect Board, and recognition of the outstanding academic achievements of student award winners from the University of Oregon.
