As the Trails Coordinator for Portland Parks and Recreation, Jill oversees the management and maintenance of over 180 miles of soft-surface trails in Portland natural areas. Her professional and educational focus has been on environmental impacts associated with trails and trail use. She has a MS in Environmental Science and Management and a BA in Biology and Environmental Studies. She is an author of the recently released BLM Guidelines for a Quality Trail Experience for mountain bicyclists.
