ASLA Oregon Mt. Hood Section in partnership with Victor Stanley are pleased to announce a private guided tour of the Portland Japanese Garden. Admission and tour fees for registrants are to be covered by ASLA Oregon.

Sadafumi Uchiyama, Chief Curator and Director of the International Japanese Garden Training Center, will be our guide and he will share information on the historic garden, its architecture, and the Cultural Crossing Project.

The tour will be followed by a happy hour at Rontoms, sponsored by Victor Stanley.

When: Thursday, October 19 at 3:00 p.m.

Meeting Point: Portland Japanese Garden Welcome Center, 611 SW Kingston Ave, Portland, OR 97205.

Meeting Time: 2.40 p.m.

Start Time: The walking tour to begin at 3.00 p.m. and will last until 4.00 p.m.

Happy Hour: 4.30 p.m. at Rontoms, 600 East Burnside Street, Portland, OR 97214. The first round of drinks and appetizers will be hosted by Victor Stanley.
