The Oregon State Landscape Architect Board (Board) will convene virtually on Thursday  November 12, 2020 for a quarterly meeting. The meeting is estimated to run from  approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Due to COVID-19 related restrictions, the Board is not  providing a physical location for the public to attend this meeting. The public may attend the  meeting virtually as follows:

Anyone interested in attending instead by videoconference is advised to contact the Board office  at oslab.info@oregon.gov or 503-589-0093 prior to the meeting date for additional details needed to connect in this manner. However, note that the Board office will be closed on  November 11, 2020 in observance of Veteran’s Day.  

Public comment will be accepted during the meeting as noted on the meeting agenda. The meeting  agenda is available at: http://www.oregon.gov/landarch/Pages/default.aspx. Public comment can also  be submitted in writing by email or mail prior to the meeting date.  

Executive Session may be convened during the Board meeting per ORS 192.660(2)(f), (h), or (m); ORS 192.345(4); 192.355(9)(a); and ORS 671.338(1)(a) & (1)(b) to consider documents  that are exempt by law from public inspection, for consultation with legal counsel, or for other  reasons permissible under the Oregon Public Meetings Law. 

During the meeting, the Board may consider: 

• Administrative rules, 

• Compliance matters, 

• Continuing education issues, 

• Budgets and financial reports, 

• Goals and work plans
