The virtual PNW Renewable Energy Landscapes Workshop is sponsored by the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). PNNL sees the critical role of landscape architecture in the energy transition; they sponsored UO to host a regional design workshop to address PNW's regional challenge. The main goal of this virtual workshop is to engage landscape architects, planners, energy professionals, and stakeholders to explore place-based renewable energy infrastructure at scale.
When: January 10 & 12, 2023
Time: 12pm to 2:45pm
Where: Zoom
Apply: Please RSVP here.
During the workshop, we will work on three case studies in designing place-based renewable energy infrastructure in Portland, Oregon; Klamath Falls, Oregon; and San Juan Islands, WA. Your expertise and experience will enrich discussions and significantly contribute to the workshop. We will explore future collaboration opportunities with PNNL and DOE. Your participation will be acknowledged as a contributor in the workshop report published by PNNL later this year.
