This position would be directly involved in marketing, design, construction documentation and construction administration. Responsibilities:
• Assist in all project types including urban design, parks, educational campuses, urban residential and mixed-use developments.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts.
• Participate in project meetings, providing input, insights and solutions to design and construction challenges.
• Produce project deliverables using software and hand graphics.
• Track industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency and project delivery process.
• Become familiar with agency submittal and review process.
• Participate in site visits.
• Work on a team under the management of senior staff.

Requirements for the position:
• Commitment to design excellence
• Passion for creativity paired with strong design and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate with appropriate hand and computer graphic skills.
• Possession of self-motivation, flexibility and resourcefulness.
• Command of written and verbal communications skills.
• Mastery of technical skills: AutoCAD, hand drawing, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp.
